Hey guys and welcome back to my blog
For today’s post I thought that I would show you what I eat in a day, I’ve watched video’s of what people eat in a day and just started reading blog posts too and I thought I’d give it a go.
So this morning I woke up at around 7am (absolute killer) the weather was so miserable and it really made me not want to leave my bed. When I have work I tend to start my day with a quick and easy breakfast and something that is going to tide me over till lunch time.
So Breakfast included 3 weetabix, a handful of raspberries & blueberries & a squirt of honey, I’ve got to be honest this has been one of my favourite breakfasts for a while now I can’t get enough of it, but I have to change it up every now and again otherwise I won’t wanna eat weetabix again.
I started work at 8:45 and by 9:30 I was ready for a snack, usually when I’m at work I don’t usually eat snacks but today I had banana chips (which I’m obsessed with) and a green tea. For the people who read one of my last blogs I have a challenge to drink 2/3 green teas a day, so far I’m managing 1 (I’m trying my best)
With it being half term at work I’ve been sticking to the same time for lunch which is 12, just trying to keep myself in a little routine and today’s lunch was leftovers from last nights dinner which is quorn pieces (alternative to chicken) in a stir fry with a sweet chilli sauce. I also had a packet of salt and vinegar baked crisps because I’m greedy and love my food.
When I got home from work I was dying for a cuppa tea so I paired that with a banana to have as a little snack before I had dinner.
Dinner time, now please don’t judge me on the portion size as I previously mentioned I love my food and pasta has to be one of my absolute favourites to eat. So for dinner I decided to make a tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake with a creamy tomato sauce topped with bread crumbs. I tend to make extra dinner so I can take the leftovers to work the following day and I’m already looking forward to my lunch tomorrow.
Now then I usually end my food intake after dinner but I purchased these tarts yesterday and I just couldn’t resist eating it. It’s a banoffee tart and it’s one of the best desserts I’ve had in a very long time and as you can tell from my snack intake today I’m kinda loving banana right now.
So there we have it guys this is what I eat in a day, obviously all meals change-up and it’s totally different when I’m off work or Marko is home from work for the weekend. I am also trying to watch what I eat that little bit more and I personally think I’m getting better.
