Top shows to binge watch on Netflix

Hey guys

So today’s post I thought that I would talk about some of my favourite shows to binge watch on Netflix. I’m a sucker when it comes to binge watching shows on Netflix and can manage to get an entire series done in a day, so I thought it might be a good idea if I share my favourite shows from Netflix that I love to binge watch and you guys can give stuff a watch if you haven’t already.

So I’m going to start with something that I became hooked on and it’s called full house. I was so bloody obsessed with this show and I couldn’t get enough of it, I managed to get like 4 out of the 7 seasons finished within the space of a week but I ended up starting to watch new shows and completely forgot to get this finished. For anyone who hasn’t heard or saw anything about this show I’m gonna give you guys a bit of an insight of what it’s all about. Full house is based around single dad Danny who is raising his 3 daughters after their mother sadly passes away, he gets the help of his brother-in-law Jesse and best friend Joey who help him raise the girls, D.J, Stephanie and Michelle. One of my favourite things about this series is that you see all the characters growing up throughout and its the same actors throughout. After the show ends (which I must do asap) it moves onto a series called fuller house, which see’s the girls grown up and I’m so excited to start it so I really need to hurry up and finish the last season of full house and move straight onto that.

Something I managed to actually finish within 2/3 weeks was all 7 seasons of the great British bake-off, I absolutely love this show and watching it just makes me want to bake so much, it also makes me very hungry, so little tip make sure you eat before you watch it and maybe don’t watch it late at night when you’re tucked up in bed because it just makes you want to indulge in sweet treats.

If you’re in the mood for a comedy then you HAVE to watch plebs, I absolutely love this show and crack up laughing every time I watch it. There’s only 3 seasons on Netflix and each episode last no longer than 25 minutes so it’s such an easy show to watch. For anyone who hasn’t ever seen it before it’s basically about 3 young guys who are living in Ancient Rome and they’re trying to hold down jobs, get laid and climb the social ladder. This is something I could watch over and over and never get bored of it.

I definitely think everyone has a little bit of a guilty pleasure for love island, and I’m definitely one of those people, baring in mind there’s over 30 eps in both seasons and each ep is about 45 minutes long I’ve managed to just binge watch them all in the space of about 2 weeks and I’m not even ashamed to admit it. The new season starts on itv in a week and I’m so excited for it, usually I tend to record shows and just catch up on them when I can but when it comes to love island I will always be in front of my tv with either a cuppa tea, a g&t or a glass of wine at 9 waiting for it to start without fail (unless I’m working late)

If you haven’t watched making a murderer yet then where have you been, I became obsessed with this show when it first came out and I’m patiently waiting for them to release the second season. This is one of those shows that an episode ends on something so juicy that you just have to continue watching just to find out the outcome and that’s exactly what happened to me with this show, I would stay awake till the early hours of the morning watching ep after ep after ep just because it was so interesting. For anyone that isn’t aware what this show is about, it’s a true story about a guy named Steven Avery who is sent to prison for a crime that he didn’t commit. I don’t want to go into too much detail about the show, I think if you haven’t seen it yet and enjoy true life documentaries then you need to give this a watch.

13 reasons why…. wow. When it comes to this show I was hooked right from the start and I just wanted answers, each episode lasts an hour and the first season has 13 episodes, easy to binge watch in a whole day if you have a day off from work/school and again just like making a murderer it was something that I became obsessed with and managed to get the whole of the season watched in about 2/3 days. There’s just so much that you want to know and so many questions you want answered. The second season is now on Netflix and now that I’ve finished binge watching the first 2 seasons of love island this is next on my list to binge watch and I can’t bloody wait to start it.

So there you have it, these are my top 6 shows to binge watch on Netflix, if you guys have any shows that are a must to binge watch then please feel free to comment and I’ll add them onto my ever-growing list.
